Oregon woman plans to parade topless on 4th of July
June 22, 2008 - Jеn Mоss, a.k.a "Thе Nаkеd Lady" of Ashland, Oregon, is going to march topless in the town's annual 4th of July parade. And if she's prevented from doing so, she'll sue.
Moss left her hometown of Ojai, California and came to Ashland because the town only prohibits exposing the genitals, effectively allowing toplessness. She celebrates this by habitually riding her bike around town without a top. But when she signed up to march in the parade, she was told it was 'inappropriate for a family event' and wouldn't be allowed to participate.
She plans to contact the ACLU about a law suit if she is prevented from joining the parade.
