Bush's stimulus package helps porn sites
July 6, 2008 - It's little wonder that a story featuring the words 'bush', 'package' and 'stimulus' would end up being about porn.
Back in January, Prеsіdеnt Bυsh announced an economic stimulus package designed to encourage 'higher consumer spending". In recent weeks Americans started receiving their $600 stimulus checks - and promptly started spending most of it on porn.
A market research firm reported that many adult websites reported a 20 to 30% increase in memberships since mid-May, and that 32% of survey respondents said the recent stimulus package formed part of their decision to either become a new member or renew an existing membership.
"Getting more people to buy porn was probably the last thing Bush had on his mind when he came up with his stimulus package, but we'll take it. " a spokesman said.
