Teacher suspended over nude photo will sue government
July 15, 2008 - Do you think a primary school teacher should be suspended over this photo? An Aυstrаlіаn schoolboard does, but surprisingly, hundreds of parents in the district don't. They've even signed a petition demanding the teacher be reinstated.
24 year old Lynnе Tzіоlаs was suspended after appearing in this photo with her husband in Cleo magazine. Parents of her students lodged a formal complaint with the Nаrrаwееnа Pυblіc School, claiming her suspension has disadvantaged students.
The decision was overturned, but Tziolas is suing the government for refusing to place her back in her old position, assigning her to a school more than an hour away from her home, and placing her in a special needs classroom, for which she has no training.
