Man arrested for wearing this shirt in Dubai
July 27, 2009 - Dubai - a member of the Unіtеd Arаb Emirates, a lavish city full of foreign money and movie stars. Thе Nеw Yоrk Tіmеs rated it the number one travel destination of 2008 for partying. It's glamourous, fabulously rich - and wearing this t-shirt there can get you thrown in jail for a month.
Rаffі Nеmеkіаn was arrested for wearing this skin cancer awareness shirt - for 'offending public decency". A local man had come up to him to complain about the shirt, and after Nemekian returned from having changed out of it, the police were waiting to arrest him.
